If an entrant’s check or credit card is dishonored by the bank or credit card company the entry ticket(s) will be invalid unless full payment is received by GALSA prior to 12 noon, Wednesday, July 1, 2009.

All tickets MUST be received by GALSA prior to 6:00 PM on Saturday, July 4, 2009 to be eligible for the drawing.

The winner will receive a 2009 Harley Davidson Dyna Super Glide w/ an Air Cooled Twin Cam 96 engine. The bike is black with Chrome Laced Steel wheels and Chrome staggered short exhaust w/ dual mufflers. MSRP $12,999.00. Sales tax and title will be paid by GALSA. The bike was purchased from:

- The winner will be determined via a random drawing on Saturday, July 4th, 2009 at approximately 12:00 PM at the Greenville Recreation Center in Greenville, PA. The winner will be notified by phone and/or mail if not present.
- Winner must pick up the bike at his/her own expense. The bike will not be delivered. The Harley-Davidson Dyna Super Glide will be available for pickup on Monday, July 6, 2009 and must be picked within 30 days of the drawing. Failure to claim this prize will result in forfeiture of the prize and a second drawing will commence immediately. Call 724-588-4810 for more information.
- The winner is responsible for all licensing, registration, license plate, luxury, income or special taxes, shipping and all other fees, but not title or sales tax. GALSA specifically disclaims all expressed or implied warranties, including without limitation warranties of merchant ability and fitness for a particular purpose regarding the 2009 Harley-Davidson Dyna Super Glide.
- All proceeds, less prizes and expenses benefit GALSA operations. GALSA is a nonprofit provider of recreational activities and programs for the Greenville community and its surrounding area. It is located in Greenville, Mercer County, PA.
- Purchasers of raffle tickets must legibly write their names on each raffle ticket. (This does not apply to tickets purchased online.) If more than one name is listed on the ticket, the first name listed shall be considered the “entrant”. GALSA shall, will and can have no obligation for delivery to any person other than the entrant.
- Retain your raffle ticket stub. In the event of any dispute or controversy concerning the winner of the drawing, you will be required to produce your raffle ticket stub. (This does not apply to tickets purchased online.)
- Licensed by the County of Mercer, Office of the Treasurer.
